Project Manager (Legal Innovation)
In this role You will:
Oversee the delivery of innovation projects across the legal organization by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring project governance standards are met
Assist stakeholders in planning, reporting, and monitoring project performance
Help maintain PMO frameworks, tools, and documentation to improve consistency and efficiency across projects
Contribute to the successful delivery of project outcomes by supporting risk management, scheduling, resource tracking, and change-control processes
Act as a central point of coordination for project communications, ensuring clarity, transparency, and accuracy
Lead and oversee the delivery of complex projects and programs, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards
Provide leadership within the PMO function by defining, embedding, and continuously improving project governance, standards, and delivery practices
Act as a trusted delivery partner to senior stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans
Drive consistency, transparency, and control across the project portfolio while enabling flexible and effective delivery
Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to capability uplift across the organization
What You will need to be successful:
Significant experience delivering projects within a structured PM or PMO environment
Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
Strong understanding of project and portfolio governance, assurance, and reporting frameworks
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking
Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively
Experience working with multiple delivery methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, hybrid)
Strong leadership skills with experience guiding and developing project team members
Advanced proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Power BI)
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, including executive‑level reporting
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make evidence‑based decisions
Proficiency in English language
