WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE

You will support the daily commercial activities of MOL’s Domestic Sales organization, contributing to both operational and analytical tasks across multiple sales teams. Through a structured rotation program, you will gain hands‑on experience in different sales channels, customer segments and commercial processes. You will assist in preparing sales reports, presentations and performance summaries, while helping track ongoing initiatives and identifying growth opportunities. You will work with sales data, market trends and customer insights to support decision‑making and improve sales effectiveness. Over time, you will build a comprehensive understanding of the entire domestic fuel sales value chain and how each function contributes to MOL’s commercial success.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:

👍 Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your master’s degree economics, business, logistics, engineering or another relevant field.

👍 Your Personality: Curious, confident, communicative, proactive and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems

👍 Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong

👍 Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in any other language is considered an asset.

👍 Tech Savvy: Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel), and a willingness to work in an international environment.
