Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Delivery Tracking:
Receive each customer order, track and provide updates on the order's delivery date and progress, and ensure 100% on-time delivery of every order.

2. Delivery Coordination & Exception Handling:
Collect and confirm delivery date information, follow up on the entire delivery process to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full quantity. Take charge of coordinating and resolving delivery-related exceptions.

3. Payment & Overdue Account Management:
Responsible for following up on customer payments and handling overdue accounts.

4. Post-Mass Production Communication & Negotiation:
Manage communication and negotiation with customers regarding delivery matters after mass production of products.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Business-level English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Master professional knowledge of foreign trade operations.
- Have the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively across departments.
Academic Qualification Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above
Foreign Language Requirement:
- Business-level proficiency in English.
Major Preference:
- Majors in English, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
