Polymer Sales Support Expert
Purpose of the Position:
We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented Polymer Sales Support Expert to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the Polymer Sales Team of MOL Group’s Petrochemicals North-West European region by ensuring smooth execution of sales processes and providing high-quality sales operational support.
The role contributes to customer satisfaction and business performance through accurate order management, coordination across the value chain, and close cooperation with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process, manage, and follow up customer orders to ensure on‑time delivery and high service levels
  • Act as primary contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, invoicing, certificates and samples
  • Execute daily sales administration, including customer master data maintenance, e‑invoicing setup and contract management in CRM
  • Monitor invoice and overdue payments, manage credit limit requests in CRM
  • Handle customer complaints and follow up on resolution status
  • Prepare sales reports and support decision-making
  • Manage special requests and sample cases
  • Support Sales Managers with administrative tasks, CRM updates, and reporting
  • Contribute to sales-related projects and propose process improvements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • BSc/MSc degree in Economics or related field
  • Customer‑focused, proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Team player with a problem-solving mindset
  • High level of accuracy and ability to work independently
  • Basic knowledge of order‑to‑cash, foreign trade, logistics, and basic financial processes
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Sales/Customer care/Logistics
  • Fluency in English, German minimum B2 level
  • Confident user of MS Office and CRM/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
