WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE

You will support the short‑term production scheduling of MOL’s Downstream units, ensuring that semi‑finished and non‑fuel products are available to meet business needs. You will work with several core functions to align daily activities with monthly plans and operational capacities. You will play a key role in adjusting schedules, tracking changes, and keeping inventory levels at the optimal level. You will also contribute to quick and effective re‑planning during unexpected events to maintain continuity and minimize losses. Over time, you will become confident in using and developing key scheduling tools, gaining deep insight into MOL’s supply chain and production processes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:

👍 Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your master’s degree in chemical engineering, a technical field, energy engineering or logistics.

👍 Your Personality: Curious, confident, communicative, proactive and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems

👍 Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong

👍 Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in any other language is considered an asset.

👍 Tech Savvy: Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, SAP, Outlook), and a willingness to work in an international environment.
