Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct testing, validation, and daily technical support activities for demo and prototype vehicles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during customer demo operations and vehicle field usage.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure stable vehicle operation.
- Support vehicle testing activities, including test preparation, execution, issue tracking, and result documentation.
- Coordinate with HQ R&D teams to analyze root causes and implement corrective actions for vehicle-related issues.
- Monitor and manage prototype/demo vehicle status, ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and ready for testing or customer demonstrations.
- Prepare technical reports, issue summaries, and test feedback to support continuous product improvement.
- Support cross-functional communication between customers, service teams, suppliers, and engineering departments.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s/HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of electric vehicle systems, including high-voltage systems, batteries, charging systems, and vehicle diagnostics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with hands-on engineering capability.
- Ability to work independently in field testing and customer support environments.
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with a proactive working attitude.
- Willingness to travel frequently for testing, customer support, and vehicle demonstrations.
- EU Driver’s license required.
