Key Responsibilities:

Conduct testing, validation, and daily technical support activities for demo and prototype vehicles.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during customer demo operations and vehicle field usage.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure stable vehicle operation.
Support vehicle testing activities, including test preparation, execution, issue tracking, and result documentation.
Coordinate with HQ R&D teams to analyze root causes and implement corrective actions for vehicle-related issues.
Monitor and manage prototype/demo vehicle status, ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and ready for testing or customer demonstrations.
Prepare technical reports, issue summaries, and test feedback to support continuous product improvement.
Support cross-functional communication between customers, service teams, suppliers, and engineering departments.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s/HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of electric vehicle systems, including high-voltage systems, batteries, charging systems, and vehicle diagnostics.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with hands-on engineering capability.
Ability to work independently in field testing and customer support environments.
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with a proactive working attitude.
Willingness to travel frequently for testing, customer support, and vehicle demonstrations.
EU Driver’s license required.
