MOL Group is looking for a Corporate M&S Finance Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of finance, controlling, planning and business partnering, helping management make informed decisions while driving efficiency and value creation across the organization.

What you’ll do:

Act as a Finance Business Partner for MOL Group functional units and support planning and reporting processes across MOL, Slovnaft, INA and other Group companies.
Supervising MOL Group-level OPEX business planning and actual reporting. Monitoring actual and plan differences. Help top management to understand the underlying drivers of PTE and BAU (business as usual) costs, supporting decision making. With proactive attitude support efficiency improvement of the head office.
Supporting continuous improvement of IT tools, finance processes, and HR Controlling in close cooperation with business and finance stakeholders. Proactively seeking for report enhancement, visualization and automation.

What you need to be successful in the role?

University/College degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in controlling, finance business partnering, FP&A or a similar finance-related role.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Advanced Excel skills and confident use of MS Office tools and basic knowledge of SAP.
Ability to work independently and in a complex matrix organization.
Strong communication skills in both English and Hungarian.
