Group Sustainable Investment Solutions Business Partner

Location: Budapest, MOL Campus

Your tasks will be:

Coordinate Group-level CAPEX planning, reporting, and Investment Committee activities, including preparation of management materials.
Develop the framework and maintain guidelines for CAPEX management processes, ensuring their consistent application across the Group.
Liaise with Project Managers and Financial Controllers to ensure agile progress of new initiatives through the entire lifecycle of projects
Form opinion about investment proposals from Resource Allocation perspectives
Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports towards Top Management,and support sustainability and resource allocation topics with analyses and insights.

What You Bring to the Table:

We’re looking for a results-driven and agile professional with a passion for excellence and innovation.

Educational Background: You have a University or College degree in finance/economics/business or equivalent,
Professional Experience: At least 2-3 years working experience within Controlling/Project management roles in a corporate environment
Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English,
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Office 365 proficiency; familiarity with Power BI and AI solutions is a plus,
Strong stakeholder management skills,
Knowledge of general corporate processes, accounting, corporate finance,
Service- and process-oriented mindset,
Analytical thinking,
Proactivity with a problem solving mindset.
