WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE

The team supports the end-to-end execution of natural gas and power trading operations including renewable ones, ensuring compliant, efficient deal lifecycle management aligned with MOL Group’s commercial and risk objectives. This role connects trading, risk, and back-office functions, playing a key part in maintaining control, accuracy, and transparency across transactions.

You will contribute to deal validation and control, regulatory and reporting processes, contract preparation and execution, credit and settlement support, and operational coordination across stakeholders.

Attractive aspects include exposure to international energy markets, involvement in renewable energy initiatives, close collaboration with experienced traders, operators and risk experts, and a strong learning curve in a dynamic trading environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:

👍 Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your master’s degree in Economics or Engineering.

👍 Your Personality: Curious, communicative, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a precise result-driven approach.

👍 Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong.

👍 Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Slovakian is considered an asset.

👍 Interests: Understanding physical natural gas and power markets, pricing and risk dynamics, and the legal‑financial‑operational aspects of deals.
