Customer Quality Engineer - PD

Your responsibilities

• Handling of Customer complaints
• Technical support and contact management to the Customers
• Initiating improvement actions with cross functional teams
• Preparing and presenting 8D reports to Customers
• Initiating and monitoring of sorting actions in case of Customer issues
• Follow up of the costs due to Customer issues
• Active participation in customer visits
• Maintain of P-FMEA in serial production
• Technical support in production
• Reporting Quality issues and initiation of improvement actions

Your profile

• Min. 3 years experience in similar field
• MSc/BSc in Industrial or Mechanical engineering
• Fluent in English language
• Knowledge of automotive quality standards
• Knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D report, Ishikawa, 5Whys)
• Strong technical drawing skills
• Substantive, precise work
• Occasional traveling (2-5 times/year)
