Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage charging compatibility tests for electric vehicles across multiple charging standards (e.g., CCS, ACD, MCS).
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to high-voltage components, and implement effective solutions.
- Research and evaluate the latest advancements in battery, motor, and motor control technologies, and provide strategic recommendations for their adoption to enhance product performance.
- Collaborate with HQ R&D team to optimize system design and functionality, ensuring seamless integration with overall vehicle architecture.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and presentations for internal engineering reviews and decision-making.
- Lead or support engineering teams and technicians in conducting test procedures, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to project timelines.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s/HBO degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in high-voltage systems, electrical test engineering, or EV technologies.
- Strong understanding of battery technology, motor systems, and motor control strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a systematic and analytical mindset.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Team player with strong organization and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for testing and technical support.
- EU Driver’s license.
