Accounts Payable Team Lead

Your key focus areas
Lead and develop the AP team
Coordinate daily operations and manage resources effectively
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Drive SLA and KPI performance
Oversee workflow monitoring, documentation updates, and audit support
Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders
Contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives
You’re a great fit if you have…
3–5 years of accounting or AP experience
At least 2 years of leadership experience
Solid knowledge of accounting processes
Strong SAP and MS Office skills
B2 level English
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in an international environment
