Your key focus areas
- Lead and develop the AP team
- Coordinate daily operations and manage resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Drive SLA and KPI performance
- Oversee workflow monitoring, documentation updates, and audit support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives
You’re a great fit if you have…
- 3–5 years of accounting or AP experience
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Solid knowledge of accounting processes
- Strong SAP and MS Office skills
- B2 level English
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in an international environment
