WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Higher education
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Upper-intermediate (B2) language knowledge
- Experience in demand planning/budgeting and people management

WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
Leading and developing the Merchandise team, delivering commercial KPIs to meet budget, costumer needs. Implementing category merch plans to meet category objectives, closly working together with Buyer's team/Supplier/SSP to achieve the common goals. Pro actively managing category and looking for new opportunities: (Optimize, develop: Stock level, SSL, CSL).
- Leading and coaching the Merchandise planning team, challenge/drive improvements of team to maximize profitability through tight stock management in order to meet the category objectives, based on category CE strategy
- Participating in Planning/Reviewing/Supporting/implementing Category plan, Budget (Sales,Profit,Provision,Stock, SSL, CSL)
- Leading the delivery of commercial KPIs of the category to deliver the CE budget - Confirming if optimum stock levels meet the Cat Plan/customer needs and KPI's in place
- Recognizing business needs and ensure the team react on/focus on optimising sales, profitability and control the flow of stock within the category
- Constantly improving Tesco customer experience in order to serve Tesco customers a little better every day
- Collating data and insights from respective stakeholders (e.g SRD, SSP, SC, Trade planning, Selling team), effectively understand/analyse data to evaluate and create the new category strategy
- Controlling/reviewing the WSSI, review weekly trade, provide analysis on range/trade, suggest changes and identify opportunities together with buying team to improve/achieve short and long term plan
- Attending the Supplier negotiation with buying team regarding stock management toward strong, reliable deliver appropriate to needs
- Developing coaching and lead a high performing team, giving them the opportunities to be their best
- Supporting my team to deliver stock availability for the customer by ensuring the right products are in the right place, quantity and time
