Enterprise Infra Operation Senior Expert

**Join us as an Enterprise Infra Operation Senior Expert based in Budapest MOL Campus.
**Main responsibilities:
- Performing daily operational tasks (BAU request and incident handling, daily device/system check, preparation and local support for key meetings etc.) and provide ad-hoc VIP support
- Operate and maintain Creston based videoconference devices
- Cooperate with 3rd parties
- Participate in ongoing projects and support the Real Time Communication team’s work
- Continuously strengthen and improve your knowledge
- Participate in trainings
- Work together with other teams (in and out of your domain)
- Proactively propose improvements and modifications within your area
- Follow the ITIL processes defined in the organization.
**Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
- experience working with at least one of the following technologies – Videoconference systems (Creston and/or Cisco) IP telephony and Call centers
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work as part of an international team
- Ability to take on call duties
- Possess the ability to troubleshoot non-standard/undocumented issues
- Good English skills both verbally and written
