**Main responsibilities:

Contributes to the successful and efficient implementation of projects through decision preparation, professional decisions and participation.
Operates the systems and services under his/her responsibility in accordance with expectations (SLA, OLA) and has a full understanding of them.
Ensures their availability, performance and capacity according to defined parameters, with standby activities if necessary. Contributes to the professional control, implementation and cost-effective implementation of operational changes resulting from developments and modifications, and prepares regular or ad hoc reports.
Manages and coordinates error reports and problems affecting his/her field of expertise, ensures their resolution within a defined timeframe (SLA, OLA), and initiates improvements to error management processes.
Responsible for preparing comprehensive professional documentation for the systems under his/her responsibility and keeping them up to date.
In the case of external contracts, he monitors the expiration of contracts, reviews them, and contributes to the conclusion of new contracts in professional and technical matters.
He monitors the implementation of tasks, organizes consultations if necessary, checks the quality of the task solution, prepares, has prepared and professionally checks knowledge base articles related to the system.
He is responsible for compliance with and enforcement of information security rules for the systems he "owns", reports any detected violations to his manager, and ensures the primary professional role of business continuity in his area in the event of IT emergencies.

**Main requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience and training
Relevant experience
Strong logical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work as part of an international team
Possess the ability to troubleshoot non-standard/undocumented issues
Hands-on experience with ITIL processes and ability to adapt them to MOL standards
Proficient in both verbal and written English communication
