Senior Finance Process Architect

Location: Budapest, MOL Campus

Scope of the position:

The Process Architect is a senior role supporting ERP implementations and harmonization projects, with a focus on SAP and connecting system related Finance processes. Deep finance process understanding and ability to design new processes are key in the position, as well as ensuring cross team collaboration for efficient operations. Delivering process improvement projects individually is also part of the position.

Your tasks will be:

Support ERP implementations and system harmonization projects, with a focus on SAP and financial processes.
Design and document integration and restructuring processes on core finance areas: financial accounting and consolidation, AP, AR, asset and inventory accounting, controlling, taxes, treasury.
Act as a key liaison between business teams and IT ERP Business Analysts, developers to ensure smooth process development.
Implement system-driven controls and process tracking in projects for transparency and efficiency.
Drive continuous process improvements based on best practices, user feedback, and group standards.

We are looking for you if have:

A University or College degree in finance/economics/business or equivalent,
At least 3-5 years relevant experience in finance/project management/process architecture areas, participation in SAP implementation projects,
Deep process and system knowledge in at least one (or more) finance areas: financial accounting and consolidation, AP, AR, asset and inventory accounting, controlling, taxes, treasury
MOL Group or Oil&Gas Industry and process knowledge are a big advantage
SAP ( FI), Office user knowledge and Process Architecture tools knowledge,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Hungarian,
Strong analytical thinking, agility, integrity and you are detail orientated,
Strategic overview, risk awareness, process oriented mindset.
