Responsibilities:

Focus on the current project, providing deep solution-level understanding and overseeing the solution design process.
Participation in the development of the Infrastructure strategy of MOL group (including Retail strategy)
Actively update and manage repositories containing detailed architecture designs and related artifacts.
Make architecture recommendations within agreed-upon standards and conceptual designs.
Ensure detailed architecture design for projects, providing comprehensive documentation and guidance.
Define architecture artifacts within BRD/IPP (including SAMU updates, data entity inventories, etc.). (BRD: Business Requirements Document; IPP: Individual Project Proposal; SAMU: Application and Infrastructure Catalogue)
Supervise vendors and external partners to ensure the realization of architecture within agreed standards and conceptual designs.
Cooperation with subsidiaries of MOL group across the Central Europe region

Requitrements:

Advanced technical/IT degree (university, college)
At least 7+ years of IT experience and at least 5+ year of senior expert or solution architect experience and project implementation.
Exposure to various architecture subtypes such as Application, Data, Infrastructure, Network, Integration, or Security.
Familiarity with managing architecture within project documentation processes like BRD/IPP.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards, frameworks, methodologies and best practices such as TOGAF, C4, DAMA, ITIL, APQC, UML, and others.
Knowledge acquired in the majority of the following platforms and technologies (in an Enterprise environment): Microsoft technologies O365, Windows Server OS, AD, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange, MS SQL, SCOM/SCCM
Technical advantage: Knowledge of cloud technologies (primarily Azure) Operational experience in an international, multinational environment, Active knowledge of MS Project, MS Visio, regular use ITIL v3 basic exam
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex architectural challenges within project scopes.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey architectural concepts and solutions.
Ability to oversee project details while maintaining a focus on the broader solution architecture goals.
Communicative English language skills
