The role acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, system experts, IT delivery teams and external partners, ensuring that business demands are prioritized, aligned with company objectives and translated into value-driven improvement initiatives.

The position supports process optimization and the effective utilization of finance-related systems, while technical solution design and implementation remain the responsibility of delivery organizations.

Main responsabilities:

Defines and maintains the vision and roadmap of multiple finance and reporting-related workstreams.
Cooperates closely with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and translate business needs into structured initiatives.
Prioritizes demands based on business value, complexity, strategic alignment and available resources.
Acts as a business advisor in SAP and other finance-related systems, promoting effective utilization of existing capabilities and best practices.
Identifies process improvement opportunities across finance and reporting processes and prepares business-oriented solution proposals.
Supports requirement clarification and business case development for system and process changes.
Coordinates with IT delivery teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation of approved initiatives.
Supports end-to-end delivery through testing, change management, communication and user adoption activities.
Contributes to demand and project portfolio management, ensuring transparency of priorities, dependencies and delivery status.
Collaborates with other Center of Excellence teams to align processes, priorities and solution approaches across functional areas.
Leverages experience from SAP implementation and transformation projects to challenge requirements, identify risks and improve delivery outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

University degree in economics, finance, business, IT or related field
Minimum 6–8 years of overall work experience and minimum 3–4 years of SAP-related experience in finance areas (FI / CO / FI‑CA)
Participation in at least 2–3 SAP implementation or major rollout projects.
SAP-related certifications are an advantage
Strong understanding of finance and reporting processes and related systems (SAP S/4HANA and other platforms)
Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and improvement initiatives. Experience gained in SAP implementation or rollout projects, primarily in FI / CO / FI-CA areas
Understanding of business–IT cooperation, demand management and implementation support
Strong business- and user-oriented mindset (“customer first” approach)
Excellent advisory and stakeholder management skills
Analytical and structured thinking
Ability to challenge and prioritize business needs constructively. Strong problem-solving attitude focused on pragmatic, business-aligned solutions
Advanced presentation, verbal and written communication skills in English
