Circular Economy Services (CES) IT is the youngest service area of MOL ITD GBS still evolving in terms of solutions and services. The position is a major contributor to this growth ambition.
Our major client is MOHU, but the team is reponsible to provide advice, solutions and services to all CES related initiatives in the MOL Group.
We have a wide range of services: from customer and partner facing services (mass billing, contracting), we provide solutions for the overall tracking of waste in the country, logistics related solutions, the deposit refund system. Our solutions are cloud based, using the latest technologies, and we work based on agile principles.
Our ambition is to grow the area and to reach an enterprise scale operations level with standardized processes and a wide scale of solutions in the next couple of years.

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation of the business, functional and information strategy of the MOL Group within the given organisation with special attention to business areas addressing core activities and manage information technology development processes and projects in teams lead by him/her.
- Ensure application of the MOL Group's application operation and change management strategy and methodology within the given organisation.
- Partner with other relevant teams under the CES domain and ITD GBS to deliver the agreed solutions and services
- Responsible to supervise and check the operation, testing and change management of the information technology systems supporting the business activities of the MOL Group focusing on CES IT.
- Contribute from change management and operations perspective to the professional and cost-effective implementation of information technology solutionswith focus on service quality, efficiency and business continuity.
- Ensure professional assessment of application development and implementation service providers from service delivery perspective, contribute to the definition of information technology conditions of co-operation. Be the main owner of service delivery processes from financial and quality perspectives.
- Manage the professional conduct of testing tasks and user training courses, ensure adequate professional support to users and delivery of solutions to application operation and infrastructure operation.
- Supervise that the provided services are compliant with the required service level and ensure that adequate service delivery processes are in place to meet the internal customer needs.
- Ensure that the delivery team processes are constantly improving in terms of processes, structure, quality and time to delivery.
- Responsible to be the service owner towards business for CES domain services.
- Responsible to cooperate with the business related to joint processes in delivery and operations.
- Lead the team of 17-20 by monitoring performance and time management with the help of corporate tools, define goals and development plans for employees and provide frequent feedback to team members on performance and improvement areas, and also establish proper internal/external resources and the succession path in the team.
- Ensure that the delivered solutions and services are compliant with the relevant legal and IT audit frameworks.
Requirements:
- College/university degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimal of 5+ years professional experience in team management and in application service delivery work and minimum 10 years professional experience in IT delivery
- Participation in projects and cooperation
- Knowledge of agile delivery principles
- Knowledge of general ITSM frameworks
- IT audit specific general knowledge
- Result oriented and able to work based on plans
- Excellent individual / interpersonal management skills with structural thinking and analysis approach
- Financial and vendor management skills
- Communication skills – the ability to communicate well in English verbally and in written form.
