Main responsibilities:
- Coordinating assigned complex, cross‑functional tasks affecting the CES IT Core Delivery organization, and supporting their successful execution.
- Operational support for the Core IT Delivery Manager’s activities and the service owner role responsibilities.
- Ensuring effective collaboration with related ITD GBS IT organisations and business areas.
- Information gathering, ensuring effective information flow, supporting the development of a unified professional position, performing data analysis and reporting, and defining decision alternatives.
- Actively contributing to the monitoring and evaluation of SLA‑based service performance, including the identification of deviations and coordination of improvement actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Active participation in the preparation of CES IT - related procurements, monitoring contract frameworks, and supporting contract performance validation.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement and rationalisation of CES IT Core Delivery operations and implementations processes.
- Supporting the implementation of the MOL Group’s business, functional, and information strategy within the given organisation, with particular focus on business areas addressing core activities. Contributing to information technology development processes and projects and supporting their execution in collaboration with the responsible teams.
- Supporting the oversight and review of the operation and development of information technology systems supporting MOL Group business activities, with a particular focus on CES IT.
- Contributing to the professional assessment of application development and implementation service providers, and supporting the definition of information technology cooperation conditions.
- Supporting the monitoring of service compliance with the required service levels and contributing to the effectiveness of service delivery processes to meet internal customer needs.
- Actively contributing to the continuous monitoring and improvement of delivery team processes in terms of structure, quality, and time to delivery.
- Supporting cooperation with business stakeholders on joint delivery and operational processes.
- Contributing to ensuring that delivered solutions and services align with applicable legal and IT audit requirements.
Main requirements:
- Educational Background: University or College degree
Experience:
5+ years professional experience in IT delivery and project management
- Participation in projects and cooperation.
Skills:
Result oriented and able to work based on plans
Excellent individual / interpersonal management skills with structural thinking and analysis approach
Financial and vendor management skills
Communication skills – the ability to communicate well in English verbally and in written form.
Influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to drive high results
