About Us: Digital Factory @MOL Group
At Digital Factory, we’re leading MOL Group’s transformation from a traditional fuel retailer into a digitally driven consumer goods and mobility services provider across Central Eastern Europe.
Over the past years, we’ve built strong digital foundations:
- a region‑wide Data Lake,
- advanced analytics solutions supporting operations in 8 countries,
- and MOL MOVE, our app‑first loyalty program reaching millions of customers.
Now we’re entering the next phase of transformation – accelerating adoption, scaling analytics, and introducing AI‑driven capabilities that boost productivity, improve decision‑making, and unlock new digital business opportunities.
To do this, we’re strengthening our Digital Factory operating model and looking for people who can connect strategy, technology, AI, and execution.
