WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE

You will join the Downstream Management Support team, contributing to analytical, operational, and administrative activities that enable MOL Group’s downstream functions to run efficiently. The role bridges reporting, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, supporting decision-making and strategic initiatives.

You will assist in preparing management reports and analyses, coordinate key events and meetings, support process improvements, and help execute downstream-wide projects while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:

👍 Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your Bachelor of Science or Master's degree or equivalent (Technical or Economics).

👍 Your Personality: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work. Ability to communicate efficiently.

👍 Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong.

👍 Language Skills: Fluent in English, additional languages (Hungarian, Croatian, Slovak etc.) are an advantage.

👍 Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with SAP, Power BI, Canva, Slido, or similar tools is a plus.
