Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Requirements Support
- Assist in communicating with customers in the European market to understand and organize their connected vehicle business requirements;
- With guidance from the team, translate customer requirements into clear product requirement documents, such as User Stories and Functional Specifications;
- Collaborate with development, testing, and related teams to participate in requirement reviews, development follow-up, and test validation, helping ensure smooth project delivery.
2. Connected Vehicle Platform Technical Support & Operations Collaboration
- Assist with the daily technical support and operational maintenance of the connected vehicle platform;
- Work with the development team on issue analysis, troubleshooting, and software version deployment;
- Help monitor platform performance and participate in issue optimization and continuous improvement activities.
3. Platform Operations & Customer Support
- Support the daily operation of the connected vehicle platform, including account management, permission configuration, customer inquiries, and user support;
- Assist with onboarding and go-live support for new customers to help improve customer experience;
- Collect customer feedback and work with the team to continuously enhance the product.
4. Team Collaboration
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with product, development, testing, sales teams, and overseas customers;
- Participate in team-related projects and other assigned tasks.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, IoT, or related fields;
Basic understanding of the software product development lifecycle and an interest in product requirement analysis;
Solid technical curiosity and willingness to collaborate with engineering teams to solve problems;
Basic knowledge of Linux operations and SQL queries;
Good English reading and writing skills, with the ability to handle daily email communication in English and willingness to further develop spoken communication skills.
