Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate assigned activities within the Asset Data Management scope, including planning, execution, progress tracking and delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Support asset data collection, field surveys, equipment assessments, and documentation management, ensuring accurate and traceable information.
  • Coordinate internal technical experts and contractors, manage field activities, validate deliverables, and support issue resolution.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency between physical assets, SAP technical objects, SAP DMS, and related technical documentation.
  • Support intelligent 3D model development, equipment identification, metadata validation, and practical application of digital asset information.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting quality processes, user guidance, training, and the optimization of asset data management practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: University or college degree (engineering or another relevant technical field).
  • Experience: At least 3 years professional experience in production equipment and maintenance processes.
  • Skills:
  • technical and maintenance-process knowledge
  • experience in project and workstream coordination
  • working knowledge of SAP PM
  • experience with technical documentation and asset data
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • adaptability and structured problem-solving mindset
  • Language: Advanced level of English, both written and verbal.
