Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate assigned activities within the Asset Data Management scope, including planning, execution, progress tracking and delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
Support asset data collection, field surveys, equipment assessments, and documentation management, ensuring accurate and traceable information.
Coordinate internal technical experts and contractors, manage field activities, validate deliverables, and support issue resolution.
Ensure data quality and consistency between physical assets, SAP technical objects, SAP DMS, and related technical documentation.
Support intelligent 3D model development, equipment identification, metadata validation, and practical application of digital asset information.
Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting quality processes, user guidance, training, and the optimization of asset data management practices.

Required Qualifications:

Education: University or college degree (engineering or another relevant technical field).
Experience: At least 3 years professional experience in production equipment and maintenance processes.
Skills:
technical and maintenance-process knowledge
experience in project and workstream coordination
working knowledge of SAP PM
experience with technical documentation and asset data
strong organizational and communication skills
ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
adaptability and structured problem-solving mindset
Language: Advanced level of English, both written and verbal.
