Key Responsibilities:

Lead Asset Data Management implementation at production-site level, ensuring successful delivery in line with business objectives, timelines, quality expectations and budget targets.
Manage and develop a team of Asset Data Coordinators, providing guidance, coaching, performance feedback, and day-to-day leadership.
Coordinate planning, resource allocation, progress reviews, risk management, and stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams.
Build effective collaboration with internal technical teams and external partners to support the delivery of digital asset and data management projects.
Ensure data quality and consistency across physical assets, SAP systems, technical documentation, and intelligent 3D asset information.
Support training, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance asset data management capabilities across the production site.

Required Qualifications:

Education: University or college degree (engineering or another relevant technical field).
Experience: At least 5 years professional experience in production equipment and maintenance processes
Skills:
technical and maintenance-process knowledge
experience in project and integrated-delivery management
working knowledge of SAP PM
experience with technical documentation and asset data
strong organizational and communication skills
ability to lead and develop a team
adaptability and structured problem-solving mindset
risk and budget coordination skills
Language: Advanced level of English, both written and verbal.
Driving licence: B category
