We are looking for a motivated Process Analyst to join our team and support the development, standardization, and improvement of our business processes across the organization.
This is a great opportunity to grow in the field of process management, process mining and S/4 Transformation, while working in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process Documentation & Standardization
- Support the documentation and maintenance of business processes in a standardized format
- Contribute to creating clear and structured process models (based on BPMN)
- Help ensure consistency and efficiency in how processes are described and maintained
- Apply and promote process management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Process Analysis & Improvement
- Participate in process analysis, mapping, and modelling activities
- Support the identification of improvement opportunities
- Assist in implementing process improvements together with business streams
Process Governance Framework
- Contribute to defining and maintaining the Business Process Management (BPM) principles, practices, and standards
- Contribute to developing and managing the Process Governance Repository (process maps, IT tools, templates, guidelines, etc.)
- Follow and apply defined process management standards and methodologies
- Support the development of scalable process governance practices across current and future organizational needs
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business process owners and cross-functional teams
- Support alignment between business needs and process execution
- Participate in workshops and process design discussions
Continuous Learning & Development
- Learn and apply process management methods, tools, and best practices
- Develop skills in process modeling, governance, and process mining
- Stay up to date with evolving process management and process mining approaches
Experience & Background
- 1–5 years of experience in process management, business analysis/related area
- Basic understanding of process mapping and modelling concepts
- Experience with process documentation tools and methodologies is an advantage
- English knowledge at least intermediate level
- University or college degree
