How You will contribute?
  • Analyze, simplify, standardize, and digitize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes across MOL Group Downstream businesses to improve efficiency, process control, and customer experience.
  • Lead customer journey mapping initiatives and cross-functional improvement projects, identifying critical touchpoints and opportunities to create measurable business value.
  • Support the implementation of the Downstream (DS) Process Ownership Framework and digital transformation roadmap, ensuring continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate development initiatives and digitalization projects, collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and subsidiaries to drive strategic objectives.
  • Develop process standards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance monitoring frameworks, helping the organization measure, govern, and continuously improve customer-facing processes.
What you bring to the Team?
Educational Background: University or College degree (Bachelor's degree minimum).
Professional Experience:
  • 2–5 years of experience in customer experience development, process mapping and process improvement, project management, or customer service roles with a strong focus on process standardization and digitalization.
  • Proven experience in driving process improvements and managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Knowledge of customer journey management and end-to-end business process development.
Skills & Mindset:
Technical & Professional Skills
  • Strong knowledge of SAP.
  • Confident user-level knowledge of MS Office / Microsoft 365.
  • Strong process mapping, process development, and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Valid driving license.
