Group Downstream Business Analyst Expert
Location: Budapest, MOL Campus
About the company:
What is the purpose of the job?
The purpose of the job is to support decision making of Downstream Management and its execution with professional assessment of business performance, risks as well as opportunities.
What are the tasks?
  1. Manage the preparation and coordination of the DS-level regular (weekly/monthly/quarterly) business performance reporting
  2. Prepare performance analysis, proposals as well as high impact Downstream case studies
  3. Analyze key KPIs to identify performance improvement areas
  4. Coordinate the monitoring process of and contribute to Downstream's efficiency improvement and transformation projects
  5. Manage and supervise the preparation of downstream related benchmark analyses
  6. Coordination of any ad-hoc business analysis or data supply for the Downstream division and financial area
What are the requirements?
  1. University/college degree in finance/economics
  2. 0-2 years’ professional experience in a relevant field
  3. Highly proficient in excel
  4. Fluent English knowledge (written and verbal)
  5. Strong knowledge of financial as well as performance analysis and very strong analytical skills
  6. Problem solving skills, proactive mindset, “can do” attitude
  7. Structured thinking, attention to details, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  8. Highly collaborative attitude, with a very good communication
