Process Engineer - PD

Your responsibilities

• Machine specification and measurement definitions for new and existing processes developing maintenance
• Maintaining technical documents and standards
• Creating and supporting product development teams to analyze possible failure mode and impact (PFMEA)
• Creating process flow charts, functional descriptions, methods
• Implementations of developments in mechanical, software and electrical applications according to OEE
• OEE improvements and scheduling of maintenance activities in cooperation with the maintenance department
• Creating and reviewing project and technical documentations (BOM, assembly drawings, work instructions, troubleshooting guides, maintenance plan and machine / operator instructions)
• Designing new machines, stations and tools

Your profile

• MSc/BSc in Engineering
• Min. 2 years experience in similar field, preferably in the automotive industry
• Fluent in English language, German is a plus
• Knowledge of process and tool design
• Knowledge of automotive systems and standards
• Independence, decisiveness
• Results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills
