Recruitment Team Lead – Blue-Collar (GBS)

We are looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to lead the operational delivery of blue-collar recruitment and recruitment process control within the GBS HR Solutions organization. This role ensures stable, high-quality recruitment operations and acts as a key link between strategy and execution.
Location: Budapest, Hungary - Hybrid working model with home office options
Your Role
As Recruitment Team Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of blue-collar recruitment and recruitment process control activities. You will lead and support a team of recruiters, ensure balanced workload, service quality and translate strategic directions into effective BAU operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of blue-collar recruitment and recruitment process control within GBS HR Solutions
- Manage team capacity planning and ensure balanced workload distribution
- Coordinate daily recruitment activities, ensuring SLA compliance, deadlines and quality standards
- Support the team in complex searches, critical vacancies and stakeholder escalations
- Monitor recruitment performance using KPIs, dashboards and reports, ensuring transparency and service stability
- Implement strategic recruitment and control directions defined by the HR Performance & Data Management Manager and provide regular operational feedback
- Contribute to recruitment-related projects and improvement initiatives, supporting their practical implementation
- Cooperate closely with HR and business stakeholders across the MOL Group to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of blue-collar hiring needs
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 8 years of recruitment experience, including blue-collar recruitment and large corporate environments (industry standards and best practices)
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to balance quality, timelines and capacity
- Experience working with recruitment KPIs, analytics and process control tools
- Project-oriented mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
- Working proficiency in both Hungarian and English
- Confident user of ATS and HR systems (SAP HR, Taleo preferred, Office 365)
- Driver’s license (Category B)
