WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE:
You will support the Reward and HR Operations team in daily activities related to compensation and benefits. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in reward processes, contribute to ongoing HR projects, and learn about compensation structures, benefits, and employee programs.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Contributes to Group Reward projects, including salary reviews, budgeting, benchmarking, and benefits updates
Supports wellbeing and recognition initiatives and helps coordinate related activities across countries, including collaboration with Corporate Communications on internal and external campaigns
Participates in the rollout of key HR projects with a Reward focus, such as EU Pay Transparency, M&A projects, and HR audits across international entities
Assists with compensation-related processes for foreign companies and smaller OpCos, including analysis, preparation of approval materials, and coordination of approval workflows
Supports the maintenance and updates of internal Reward and HR Operations regulations according to the defined schedule
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:
👍 Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your master’s degree in Economics or Business Sciences
👍 Your Personality: Curious, confident, communicative, proactive and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems
👍 Skills & Professional Competencies: Strong analytical and system-thinking skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset. Understanding of HR processes and HR project work is an advantage, along with project management skills. Open to change and committed to continuous improvement.
👍 Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong
👍 Language Skills: Fluent in English proficiency in any other language is considered an asset.
👍 Tech Savvy: User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to confidently use standard functions for daily tasks, reporting, and presentations.
