WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE
In this role, you will support the Circular Economy Services organization as a Junior HR Partner, working closely with senior HR colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:
👍 Your Background: Have a BSc or MSc degree in Economics, Law, Human Resources, or a technical field
👍 Your Personality: Curious, confident, communicative, proactive and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems
👍 Professional Experience: Basic knowledge of Hungarian labor law, user-level IT skills, and up to 1 year of experience in an office environment
👍 Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong
👍 Language Skills: Fluent in English, proficiency in any other language is considered an asset
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITES:
Provides Professional HR support: Supports recruitment, career and competence management, prepares documentation, and assists in compensation and headcount planning
Facilitates Cross-Organizational Collaboration: Ensures effective information flow with HR teams and stakeholders
Conducts Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepares and analyzes reports to support decision-making
HR governance: Provides analytical support for HR governance and compliance activities, including data collection, process review, documentation updates and adherence to internal standards
