MOL Plc. Human Resources Management MOL organization is seeking a new team member for the following position:
HR Partner (Exploration and Production area)
Location: Budapest
Scope of the position
As an HR Partner at MOL Group, you will play a key role in supporting our business strategy by fostering the continuous development of our workforce (both blue and white collar). You will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, drive organizational development initiatives, and support end-to-end HR processes across your assigned business area.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to identify HR development opportunities and contribute to the execution of the business strategy with a strategic and coaching mindset.
  • Support strategic workforce planning, monitor workforce movements and initiate the development of HR systems and processes aligned to business needs.
  • Participate in organizational transformation activities, document changes, and ensure alignment with HR systems and processes.
  • Ensure professional support for salary increase cycle, performance management, succession planning, career management, and competency development processes.
  • Oversee preparation and quality of employment contracts and other HR-related legal documentation in line with internal and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with Center of Excellence and HR Support teams to provide timely and accurate information within and outside MOL Group.
  • Represent HR in key projects; independently manage smaller HR projects.
Requirements
  • University or college degree (economics, law, HR, or technical fields)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Good stakeholder management, ability to work independently
  • Basic knowledge of Hungarian labor law
  • Fluent Hungarian and English
  • B‑category driver’s license with practice
