IBS HR Project Manager

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
As an IBS HR Project Manager, you will lead and deliver key HR projects across MOL Group. Your role is all about ensuring smooth execution, strong governance, and effective collaboration among HR teams and other business areas.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define project concepts, goals, scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria
- Ensure end‑to‑end delivery of HR projects within budget, timelines, and quality expectations
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to keep everyone aligned
- Track and report on project progress, issues, risks, and results to IBS HR management
- Identify challenges, conflicts, risks, and drive solutions
- Document and close projects, sharing learnings and best practices
- Regularly connect with IBS HR Partners to stay up to date on ongoing and future projects
- Provide guidance and support on project management methodology
- Handle ad‑hoc tasks from IBS HR leadership
FOR THE POSITION YOU NEED
- University degree (preferably in HR or Economics)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management or HR experience
- Strong project management and stakeholder‑management skills
- Ability to present clearly and communicate with confidence
- Solid business understanding and HR partnering experience
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Fluent business English
- Experience working in an international environment is an advantage
