Recruitment Partner
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Recruitment Partner ensures that MOL Group attracts and hires top talent by driving a high-quality, efficient, and candidate-centric recruitment process aligned with international best practices. It serves as a strategic partner to HR Partners and Hiring Managers, offering expert guidance to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals. By continuously improving sourcing strategies, selection methodologies, and candidate experience, the position plays a key role in strengthening MOL Group’s employer brand and building a competitive workforce.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes in line with MOL’s organizational plans, business objectives, and internal/external regulations
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Create job advertisements and coordinate job postings and targeted sourcing campaigns
- Source candidates through various channels (direct search, job boards, social media, agencies)
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and support hiring decisions as a trusted advisor
- Manage the recruitment system and ensure accurate candidate data and shortlists
- Prepare job offers and coordinate approval processes
- Provide regular reporting and market insights to support recruitment strategy
- Promote MOL’s employer brand by sharing market insights, highlighting benefits and perks, and coaching Hiring Managers on recruitment best practices
- Contribute to ongoing improvements of recruitment processes and projects
FOR THE POSITION YOU NEED
- University or College degree – preferably HR, Law, Economics or Psychology
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in end to end recruitment
- Experience with end to end recruitment and sourcing techniques
- Strong interviewing and selection expertise combined with employer branding awareness
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Flexible, adaptable mindset with a strong focus on continuous learning
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a partnership-oriented approach
- Fluency in English and Hungarian both spoken and written
- Ms Office, ATS (preferably Taleo), SAP is an advantage
