Your Role:

As our HR Manager in Budapest, you will take ownership of the full HR function, playing a critical role in shaping our people strategy and organizational success. This is a hands-on leadership position where your expertise will directly influence growth, culture, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Lead recruitment and selection, with a focus on key and managerial roles
Oversee compensation, benefits, and employee motivation systems
Manage workforce planning, headcount, and budget optimization
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
Drive performance management and organizational development initiatives
Organize training, development, and competency programs
Monitor HR KPIs and implement continuous improvement plans
Manage employee relations with professionalism and confidentiality
Collaborate with global HR teams and support audits and projects

What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 8 years of comprehensive HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR processes and Hungarian labor law
Proven experience in workforce planning and budget management
Excellent leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Fluent in English and Hungarian
