About BYD Auto Hungary
On 22 December 2023, BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged, Hungary, which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check solid waste inbound/outbound records and weigh tickets, submit sales documents timely and accurately, and report anomalies to supervisors immediately.
- Prepare & reconcile warehouse accounts and reports; conduct stocktaking to ensure consistent accounts and actual stock.
- Verify all inbound/outbound data in renewable resources management system for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist system development, testing, sales data analysis and extraction.
- Record and upload solid waste electronic slips and daily ledgers. Handle department general admin work.
- Complete temporary collaborative tasks assigned by supervisors to support team targets.
- Keep self-disciplined in integrity, comply with safety rules and division management regulations.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
- Familiar with warehouse management and solid waste data statistics, proficient in Excel for data processing.
- Prior experience with renewable resources management systems is preferred.
- Meticulous, logical, with strong data sensitivity and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills and able to report abnormalities in a timely manner.
- Uphold integrity, safety and compliance rules, and accept temporary collaborative tasks.
- Team-oriented to help the department achieve overall objectives.
