Customer Supply Chain Manager

Gedeon Richter is looking for a committed and experienced professional for the position
Customer Supply Chain Manager
Your daily tasks will be
  • Manage and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across assigned regions or partner groups, ensuring OTIF and logistics cost targets are consistently met
  • Coordinate supply and delivery execution, monitor order flow, resolve delays, and communicate production and delivery status to stakeholders
  • Oversee returns, samples, and special shipments, making operational decisions and guiding internal teams
  • Maintain strong collaboration with logistics providers and internal partners, supporting contract management, cost planning, and improvement initiatives
  • Supervise inventory and replenishment processes, including stock status monitoring, reconciliations, and goods disposition decisions
  • Evaluate delivery performance against KPIs and identify improvement opportunities in service, efficiency, and cost control
  • Support Business Development in managing complex logistics structures such as triangle business models
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient supply chain execution
What we look in your CV
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business Economics, or a related field (Master’s is preferred)
  • 5-8 years in supply chain management, logistics, or operations
  • English (B2 or above) – essential for communication, negotiations, reporting, and contract handling
  • Hungarian (native or near-native) – expected for daily operations and internal collaboration
