How You will contribute?
- Acts as a representative of the project sponsor, communicates directly with local Logistics Management, Superusers and End users, ensures fast, accurate information flow in both directions
- Coordinates Group level process standardization for Routing & Scheduling from functional perspective, ensures operational excellence in execution
- Manages the project schedule in coordination with the project team and the contractor
- Reviews the schedule and identify any adjustments in activities, or logic necessary to reflect the current and planned performance of work, provides professional guidance, decides for process changes
- Post evaluation after milestones implemented (efficiency and capability of solution)
- Be accountable for successfully completing projects to the satisfaction of clients and key stakeholders
- Develops, monitors and report on performance against KPIs
What you bring to the Team?
Educational Background: You have a University or College degree preferably in Economics or a related field, additional IT studies is an advantage
Professional Experience: You have 5+ years experience in Logistics or SCM, preferably Transportation
Skills & Mindset:
- Project Management knowledge and experience
- User-level computer skills (MS Office applications)
- Full command of Hungarian and English language (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable to deal with a large and diverse pool of stakeholders, ability to influence others
- Strong business/commercial acumen and analytical skills
