Drilling and Well Intervention Engineer

Location: Budapest, MOL Campus (On-site)

Your responsibilities

Prepare and review drilling and well intervention programs and technical plans
Support the technical preparation and execution of drilling and well intervention activities
Plan, monitor and optimize project costs
Develop technical solutions to ensure safe and efficient operations
Cooperate with internal stakeholders, contractors and service providers
Ensure compliance with company regulations and relevant international standards
Prepare technical documentation, reports and performance evaluations
Analyze technical challenges and support the implementation of effective solutions
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence

We are looking for you if you have

University degree in Engineering
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in drilling and/or well intervention activities
Practical experience in drilling planning and preparation
Knowledge of industry-specific materials, equipment and technologies
Familiarity with relevant international standards and best practices
Fluent English communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in computer applications and industry-related software
Strong business mindset with a results-oriented and customer-focused approach
