In this Team Lead role, you drive cost optimization and efficiency by setting KPIs, leading analyses, and shaping decisions that have direct business impact. How You will contribute?
- Lead and develop the Performance Unit, setting clear key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets to improve drilling and workover efficiency and reduce costs.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives by conducting post-well and offset well analyses to identify gaps and define corrective actions that support better decision-making.
- Evaluate contractor and supplier performance, using data-driven insights to define improvement actions and ensure alignment with contractual and operational expectations.
- Shape planning and execution by defining cost benchmarks and performance targets during well planning, ensuring alignment with technical and business goals.
- Collaborate across Upstream functions, using advanced data analysis tools to deliver insights, support strategic decisions, and continuously improve operational performance.
What you bring to the Team?
Educational Background: You have a University or College degree preferably in Petroleum Eningeering or other business-related discipline.
Professional Experience: Confident and proven practical knowledge, minimum 5 years of relevant experience in drilling and workover related positions within the Upstream industry.
Skills & Mindset:
- Advanced English proficiency, written and verbal.
- Lead teams and communicate confidently with stakeholders, customers, and field personnel.
- Analyze and interpret drilling/workover data to drive actionable insights.
- Apply technical expertise and problem-solving to improve performance.
- Use technical software effectively and turn complex data into clear recommendations.
