WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE:

We support Group Chemical Supply Operations by managing both the tactical planning and the execution steps that ensure smooth and reliable product availability for the market. We collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as Customer Service, Production and Logistics to keep the entire supply chain aligned and responsive. Beyond daily operations, you will also play a key role in managing PP/PE inventory levels, navigating the challenge of meeting multiple objectives at once: high production quality, operational efficiency, margin maximization, optimized stock levels and excellent customer service. But other than that you will also contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Polymer Supply Operations processes and tools.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:

👍 Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your master’s degree in engineering.

👍 Your Personality: Curious, confident, communicative, proactive and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems

👍 Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong

👍 Language Skills: Besides Hungarian language, have a high level of English; proficiency in any other language is considered an asset.

👍 Tech Savvy: Strong technical mindset with excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and a willingness to work in an international environment.
