Renewables Projects & Operations Intern
**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The position exists to support the MOL Group Renewables Projects & Operations team in project administration, renewable energy storage asset development and operation, and daily operational support activities. The intern contributes to efficient documentation, coordination, analytical and administrative workflows within the team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the team with data collection, preparation, and quality checks related to renewable energy projects and assets.
  • Maintain and update internal trackers, databases, contact lists, and project documentation.
  • Assist with preparing and formatting Excel analyses, tables, charts, and presentations.
  • Collect information from internal systems, reports, and publicly available sources and organize it in a structured format.
  • Support the team with document management, including organizing files and ensuring that information is up to date.
  • Perform basic research on renewable energy markets, projects, technologies, and industry developments.
  • Assist in monitoring selected operational KPIs and project data, flagging inconsistencies or missing information to the responsible team member.
  • Help coordinate smaller administrative tasks, such as meeting preparation, minutes, follow-up lists, and information requests.
  • Support ad-hoc analyses and other tasks that help the Projects & Operations team work efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Ongoing full-time BSc or MSc studies in engineering, economics, business administration, energy management or a related field
  • Availability to work min. 20 hours per week
  • Hungarian language knowledge
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
  • Interest in renewable energy, energy storage, project management and operations.

  • Previous internship or student work experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
