Process Governance & Compliance Expert
Procurement excellence is built on well-designed processes, clear governance and strong compliance standards. As a Process Governance & Compliance Expert, you will play a key role in developing, improving and monitoring procurement processes across the MOL Group while supporting the execution of the Procurement Compliance Framework.
Your responsibilities:
  • Contribute to group wide category management, supplier relationship management, sourcing and operative procurement excellence according to the defined KPI.
  • Support the definition and implementation of process standards and drive group wide improvement of procurement performance according to the defined KPIs.
  • Supervise adherence to internal compliance regulations within procurement by performing regular and ad-hoc testing activities (thereby support the Internal Audit Team).
  • Advise in change of internal regulations incl. implementation in procurement related systems.
  • Implement and monitor compliance improvement measures (e.g. process related, regulation alteration, control point building, etc.).
  • Support projects and sub-projects focusing on business process and work instruction development and training to continuously improve performance.
  • Conduct gap analyses regarding processes, procedures and systems, initiate and drive procurement process improvement and development initiatives. Conduct analyses regarding operational performance, conditions and risks.
  • Provide expert level support and advice to group and local procurement functions.
  • Support IT system implementation projects in the design phase as subject matter expert.
What we're looking for:
  • University degree (BA/BSc or MA/MSc) in Economics, Engineering or Law.
  • 2+ years of experience in process development, business analysis or process architecture, or 3+ years of experience in internal auditing.
  • Thorough understanding of Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Category Management and Sourcing processes and systems.
  • Experience in testing and audit activities.
  • Strong project management and change management capabilities.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent cooperation and communication skills.
  • Result-oriented approach and strong business acumen.
  • Innovative mindset.
  • Technical skills: MS Office, SAP MM / SAP SRM, Experience with integrated end-to-end procurement IT solutions
  • Fluent English (C1)
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
