The Spare Parts Specialist is responsible for providing adequate service to our customers and Service Providers in order to maximize customer satisfaction. This includes ensuring best-in-class availability of parts for the European Market whilst managing inventory levels and stock turnover.

As Spare Parts Specialist your responsibilities include:

Maintain daily contact with customers and Service providers.
Support customers and service providers by providing information regarding spare parts specifications, availability and lead times.
Maintain and improve the spare parts catalogues.
Maintain the spare parts price list.
Maintain contact with European suppliers.
Maintain spare parts stock level to meet customer requirements and service level.
Process spare parts orders in the online parts ordering system.
Coordinate upgrading projects between BYD A/S China and Europe.

Your profile:

Minimum Bachelor level of working and thinking. Supply Chain/Business background or relevant work experience will be preferred.
Client facing experience with high customer oriented mindset.
High attention to detail and ability to perform tasks efficiently in a dynamic working environment.
Excellent in written and spoken English, preferably speaking Chinese. Dutch would be a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft office and Outlook, advanced level of Excel would be a plus.
Effective communicator and team player.
Willing to learn and open for new challenges.
