Key Responsibilities:
- Implement relevant occupational health and safety regulations, systems, and standards, and monitor their execution; oversee safety and environmental supervision within the business unit.
- Collect information on potential safety hazards and high-risk operations; prepare safety training materials and support departments in delivering safety awareness education, training, and assessments.
- Conduct on-site safety inspections, stop unsafe instructions and operations; organize departmental safety and 5S inspections, report identified issues regularly, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Carry out occupational health, production safety, and environmental inspections, and report on corrective measures.
- Report potential hazards to supervisors and notify responsible departments; supervise and track the progress of corrective actions.
- Establish and maintain records for special equipment, special operations personnel, and hazardous chemicals, ensuring timely updates.
- Investigate, analyze, and handle safety incidents within the business unit; follow up on and manage work-related injury cases.
- Manage hot work permits, high-altitude work permits, excavation permits, etc., and supervise the safety and energy-saving practices of external contractors.
- Take responsibility for EHS management within the assigned work area; comply with work arrangements and company policies.
- In accordance with national regulations and company policies on environmental protection, occupational health, physical safety, and fire safety, monitor implementation and ensure safe production operations.
- Quickly learn and apply company management policies, processes, and work requirements; proficiently use relevant office software and statistical tools.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and management skills.
