Key Responsibilities:

Assist the General Affairs Manager in liaising with various business units, synchronizing work progress, following up on feedback and results, and ensuring smooth cross-departmental communication and workflow.
Assist the General Affairs Manager in coordinating departmental business modules (restaurant, dormitory, security, etc.), including data collection, organization, analysis, and reporting.
Prepare and organize departmental business report PPTs, data analysis reports, and other materials.
Assist in streamlining and optimizing departmental workflows, ensuring effective implementation and execution of company management systems.
Assist the General Affairs Manager with translation work.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

Ability to quickly learn company management regulations, processes, and work requirements, and proficiency in relevant office software and statistical tools.
Two or more years of administrative work experience, with translation experience.
Strong communication, coordination, and management skills.
Language skills: Hungarian and Chinese; English is a plus.
