MOL GBS is shared services organization delivers finance and HR support for MOL Group companies. The organization is comprised of 500 colleagues located in Hungary and Slovakia with the ambition to extend service scope to all European countries where MOL is present. The scope of services includes Statutory and Financial Reporting, Transactional Accounting, Customer Credit Management, Treasury and Payment Operations, Payroll and HR support.

Payments Back Office Associate

Main Responsibilities and tasks:

Check and approve foreign and local currency payments in CEE region using numerous e-bank platforms, SWIFT channel and TIS payment platform.
Run KYC process with selected bank partners of MOL Group, ensure up to date list of company representatives and bank signatories.
Provide treasury and finance related support for selected companies of MOL Group
Take part in projects and transitions
Ad hoc and regular reporting tasks

Requirements:

College or University degree preferably in accounting, finance or related disciplines
Problem solving attitude
Good oral and written communication skills – Hungarian and English are a must
Organized and precized work
