About the Role
As an Azure System Specialist, you’ll help design, build, and operate the Azure‑based systems behind our most important digital products.
You'll work with internal teams, external partners, and a modern DevOps toolset to make sure our cloud services are reliable, scalable, secure — and always improving.
If you enjoy automation, solving tricky cloud puzzles, and turning complexity into smooth-running solutions, this is your playground.
Key Responsibilities
- Help design smart, scalable cloud applications using Azure-native and custom components
- Build, operate, and monitor cloud solutions end‑to‑end
- Automate everything you can – scripts, processes, workflows
- Document and share Azure best practices, and make sure teams actually follow them
- Troubleshoot performance issues and work with both in‑house and vendor teams to fix them
- Build tools that prevent errors and improve user experience
- Use Azure Monitor, AppDynamics, and other tools to keep services healthy
- Support the shift toward Infrastructure‑as‑Code
- Monitor and optimize Azure resource costs
- Work with Azure DevOps, SonarCloud, JMeter, Selenium, Appium, Postman, Jira, Confluence
- Run SQL tasks in the Azure environment
- Stay curious – learn and master new cloud technologies as they come
About Your Experience and Skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- Azure certifications (AZ‑900, AZ‑103, AZ‑300, etc.) are a strong plus
Experience
- 2+ years working with Azure services (Compute, Storage, DB, Identity)
- 1+ year of SQL development/maintenance
- Strong experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, CI/CD, and automation frameworks
- Experience with cloud ‑ native solutions (backend and/or frontend)
- Azure DevOps experience is a big plus
- Experience working in agile, fast‑paced, and multinational environments
Skills
- Operating Azure ‑ based systems (App Service, Functions, Storage, Azure SQL)
- Understanding cloud-native architectures and hybrid cloud setups
- DevOps mindset: CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring
- Solid troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
- Familiarity with cloud migration patterns and best practices
Soft Skills
- Analytical, curious, and resourceful
- Great communicator – both with techies and non‑techies
- Thrives in fast-moving environments with parallel tasks
