**Main responsibilities:
Operating the asset-, and demand management process including equipment life cycle's tracking.
Budgeting and forecasting for next year IT Asset related procurements, trend analyses
Rational management of project needs in connection with assets
Coordinating the objectives of projects
Recording of IT assets, measurement of them utilization and optimization
Analyzing and decision preparation, making proposals for cost reduction and process improvement
Supporting users and handling problems
Defining and coordinating initiatives for improving end-user satisfaction
Defining and coordinating initiatives in order to improve asset related IT services
Checking the work of external suppliers
**Requirements:
College or University degree
Relevant experience is an advantage
General knowledge of end-user assets, systems and process approach
Communication level of English
Good problem solving and recognition skills, stress tolerance
Teamplayer
Good communication skill both in English and native language
